Cancellation Policy
• In the event of a cancellation or booking postponement, clients must inform us as far in advance as possible.
• More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Payment Terms: The full payment must be completed at least 20 days before the tour departure date via bank transfer, or at least 14 days before departure when paying through a Visa payment link.
